Printed on order

Every item in the Peher Merch shop is printed on demand after you place your order. This keeps waste low and means each piece is made for you.

Shipping

• We ship across India.
• Orders are printed and dispatched within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; otherwise a flat fee of ₹79 applies.
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or during public holidays.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email us at hello@peherconsulting.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement.

Returns and size changes

Because items are custom-printed, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size changes or change of mind, unless the item is defective. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Cancellations

As printing begins soon after payment, contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel. Once printing has started, we may not be able to cancel the order.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it’s issued to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to process it.

Bulk orders

Bulk and team orders placed through a quote follow the terms agreed in that quote.
